Jona joins Wilson Negotiation Group with a career that spans more than 20 years within Walmart, serving in positions in merch operations, apparel, merchandising, item file and HR systems.
Great customer service was always a core part of her roles. Building and maintaining strong relationships with her vendors and customers was a driving core value in each role. Alongside her work in the corporate world, Jona also serves in a variety of positions within her church. She serves as office of the secretary for the Arkansas-Oklahoma Synod Council on the executive board. She also leads volunteers in the triennial youth gathering overseeing 30,000 young people as they gather together.
In her spare time, Jona enjoys spending time with her husband and kids. They love travel, biking and a good game of UNO.
