Negotiation Foundations

Our entry-level, 2-day Negotiation Foundations Workshop combines live instructional content, high-impact case studies, group discussion, and interactive learning experiences. This course will introduce all aspects of negotiation to those who have never been exposed to CPG negotiations or trainings. This allows team members who are new to negotiating to work cohesively with a team of negotiation masters.

Using the latest virtual and experiential training techniques, this workshop equips participants with the foundational understanding of successful negotiation preparation, planning, and execution. This workshop can be delivered just as effectively via Zoom as in person.

Participants will learn a structured framework for approaching negotiations, empowering them to work within a team focused on multi-faceted issues to secure the best possible negotiation outcomes. Exercises, case studies, and group discussion allow participants to practice and apply the fundamentals used in successful CPG negotiations.
