Our consultants have managed P&Ls over $1B and have spent years as commercial negotiation consultants to some of the largest companies in the world: we are practitioners, rather than academics. Because of our extensive experience in retail and CPG industries, we are able to find variables and unlock value that may have been previously unconsidered.
